A person received their item when I already gave them a refund for it being late
I sold an item for 85 dollars and it was late due to the post office being incompetent and I already gave them a refund, how do I get my money or item back?

Contact your buyer to say again that you are sorry for the delivery delay of the item but that as tracking indicates the item was finally delivered xx/xx/xx, and you would like to either send them an invoice for repayment or a prepaid shipping label to return the item. Provide a link to the tracking # as well.
Bear in mind that the buyer is not required to do this, so word your message as courteously and professionally as possible. Most buyers will repay, but understand that some won't.
