A parcel delivered to my address - but not for me! What do i do?
A parcel has arrived from an ebay seller to my address (the address is correct) but its not for me. I have posted on facebook groups if it belongs to anyone, but wondered if there was a way to contact the seller or buyer?

Do I understand correctly that the address on the package is your address, but the name of the addressee is someone else? How large and how heavy (about) is the package? Is there a return address? Have you opened the package?

If you have any outstanding eBay orders you are waiting for, compare the tracking number of the item you received to your outstanding orders in case one of your sellers has accidentally switched labels.
