If the card was under $20 and the seller used eBay Standard Envelope shipping, delivery can actually vary by several days. I would recommend waiting a few more days. A few hours, to 3 days, would be typical for late delivery on eBay envelopes. But, since you are covered by eBay's money back guarantee, I would wait up to seven more days. At that point, you can open an "item not received" request in your purchase history for a full refund.
eBay is the one the estimates the delivery date on your Purchase History. eBay envelopes are scanned when they pass through major USPS sorting hubs. Sometimes eBay Envelopes are marked delivered when they reach the final hub nearest you. But then they leave the hub and travel in the standard mailstream to reach your local post office. That can take up to three more days. I would still recommend that you wait until the end of the week for the card to show up. If it is not in your hands by the weekend, then open a "not received" request in your purchase history and you will be refunded.
