A NUMBER FOR SELLERS TO CALL EBAY?

For some reason the calls from Ebay are not coming through on my phone. this is extrmeely urgent now. And the Chatbot is so stupid. It keeps giving me the link to receive a call no matter how many times I explain that the calls are not coming through. Is there no other way to get immediate help?
