I believe that a new return policy on a brand new item should be unacceptable. How do you know that you’re satisfied with something that you buy until you see it?

Did you file for a return through Ebay or just contact the seller?

OP3 years agoI contacted the seller. And he had already stated that no returns would be acceptable. But sometimes I find people are gracious.
I told eBay. They’ll get back to me in a couple days and probably grant me a refund. It was only $25. You have a great day too!

OP3 years agoEditing above…wrote in haste after the seller would not accept my need to return a heating pad.
A no return policy should be unacceptable by seller.
Who agrees?
