A Luxury watch with Authenticity Guarantee is being returned by a buyer because he changed his mind.
Says it was a mistake. (Doesn't "love the dial in person"). Will eBay provide and charge him the shipping label charges because I don't offer free returns, and because of his reason? Will I be credited the majority of eBay's fees since it passed Authentication and wasn't an "INAD" case? Thanks (1st timer here for a Return)
