A Listit SKU Label for $442 was charged to me
I sold an item to a customer and created an $11.32 label through pirate ship and the item is on the way. In the meantime. eBay charged my bank acct $442.00 for an overbite label on Fed ex that shows up in the order details as a Listit sku label for $442.00 dollars. I cancelled the eBay label and entered the UPS tracking number for the $11.32 label I actually used into the acct yet I was charged for the $442.00 label by eBay causing an overdraft fee with my bank Beckie didn’t have the money to cover that amount. Why would I ever use overnight shipping with Fed Ex when I live far away from a fed ex shipping outlet in Andalusia Al. I entered the tracking number I actually used into the order details and yet eBay still charged me for this bogus label. This has created a cascading effect on my finances as I live on tight margins and then I have the indignity of not being able to even hash this out with eBay be they don’t have a cust7service phone number and now my bank says they are not going to remove the overdraft charge because if eBay says I owe the $442.00 dollars then that’s good enough for them so the overdraft fee sticks and now I can’t do any banking until I clear the overdraft. REALLY!!!
