I listed an item for sale, and now I am locked out of it by the following message.

You will need to contact eBay customer service and see what needs to be done. They have access to your account information that we do not.

You can contact customer service using this link and ask for a call back: eBay Customer Service Customer service is open from 5am to 9pm Pacific Time. Unfortunately you will still need to answer the AI bot questions in order to get help. eBay removed our way to get around the questions so you may need to ask for “Agent” several times before the system gets the message and lets you ask for the call back.
