Hate eBay ,after three months and the case it's close , I did send several messages before the 21 days to e bay and the seller and dont respond to me and dont return my money

Call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item not received, if you never received your item. If the item was defective, ask them to open a dispute for a defective item. They will help you.

OP1 year agoI was , Irequest afyer five days , they say wait for a couple of days ...and that it I sent messages to the seller no respond. mind who is foyult . Total responsability of ebay.. dont be a on the side of ebay how much they pay you!!!

I do not work for Ebay.
You needed to go back to your case in your Purchase History within 21 days (no messages!) and clicked on the link to have had Ebay step in to help you. If you made an error by not following the proper process, than Ebay was able to close the case.
Again, NOT Ebay's fault.
Here are the details about how buyers can have Ebay step in to help when they have filed a dispute/case:
If you did not follow the steps above, then Ebay cannot help you.
As previously mentioned, you can try to contact the funding source you used to pay for the item.

Messages to the seller/Ebay don't count. You always need to go back to the case in your Purchase History and escalate the case by having Ebay step in to help you.
This was not Ebay's fault.
