A guitar I sold in 2023 on eBay for $415 was never delivered to my customer in Georgia by USPS and now in April 2024 USPS is paying ONLY $215 for that loss during video confirmed guitar box loading ONTO A USPS TRUCK. WILL eBay pay the other $200? AndyRawn@yahoo.com
