A falsely described item
Am I stuck with a product that I bought on eBay if it's been over 90 day's? The seller falsely described the item and I bought it. I did not open it till 3 months later because it's a part for a project when I got to the point to install the item, it was the wrong one. The seller say's he can't take it back. Any advice out there??

The eBay guarantee is for 30 days after receipt, so always inspect your purchases when you receive them.
Call your credit card issuer and see if they can open a dispute for an item not as described. Most cards can help for 90 - 180 days.
