A false charge was charged to my credit card from EBAY but Ebay is unreachable to get the money back

EBAY can't be reached by phone or email. Why is that?

eBay can not give you any information on a charge that was not made through your user ID.

If you are sure no one in home used your card, call you card issuer and report your card compromised. They will freeze your card, issue a new one, and dispute the charge with eBay.
