A Defective product
I bought a windmill generator in and part of the items were delivered in January 25, 2025 for $2,990
The second part was delivered in March 27, 2025.
The Seller noted that because it is a battery it could only be shipped by sea
Both items were reshipped to Nigeria.
The shipment didn't arrive until late July 2025
Installation was done in late July 2025
I discovered that the accompany battery was defective.
I made all efforts to get a replacement from the seller but no luck
The seller was claiming 30 days return policy which was NOT stated before
Please advise me
