A customer purchased an item for $35 plus $27 shipping. Returned the item. Who pays the original
$27 shipping fee they paid? Do I refund the $35 plus the $27 or do I refund only the $35?
They paid to have it shipped back as well.
thx

The buyer of the $35 item left you negative feedback saying they feel they've been 'robbed'. How come?
If the buyer claimed the item was 'not as described' in some way ... they you were responsible for paying for the return shipping. And if you didn't ... you made a serious error. I would refund the buyer for their return postage, rather than try to take more money from them. [You probably will be able to get the buyer to revise that feedback if you do right by them.]
I apologize if I'm guessing what went wrong incorrectly.

"Does not fit"
"This is not the right bag"
It was a uused lawn mower bag. I described it and had several pics of it in the listing.

·3 years agoIt depends on the reason for the return?
If it was a remorse return, you can deduct the original shipping they paid from the refund.
If it was an INAD, they get a full refund.
