A customer is upset that their item won’t arrive in time and wants a refund. Package on the way.
The shipping time was clearly in the listing/shipping option. Now they are saying they won't be there to accept the package (I am now assuming they were on vacation somewhere?). Isn't it on them to redirect the package, not me to pay for return/redirecting the package? Will post office just automatically return to sender (USPS)?
Thanks in advance

Mentor5 months agoThe buyer should have filed a Vacation hold with the USPS if going on vacation. If they did not, and the package is returned to you, you can refund item price only. The other option is for the buyer to file a returns request when the item is received.
