A Customer is making a mistake.Need help
I sent a item that I took a picture of and the buyer said it didn’t match the photo.I don’t want the person to give me something different back.
what should I do if the person is trying criminal thing.For my last order they brought from me for $70.
should I call the police or what if the person trying to steel it. The Coogi grey sweater

Mentor1 year agoIf the buyer opens a return request with the reason "not as described" You will have no choice.
Accept the return, issue a return label and refund when you get the item returned.
Fighting this will only make it worse and assuming that the person is trying to cheat you or steal from you is not a valid reason to deny the buyer a return. You have no way of knowing this ahead of time.
