A customer has requested I hold off shipping their item until August 23, they have paid, is this ok?
Customer purchased a buy it now item, paid for it and wants me to hold off shipping for three weeks. Is this ok, as I had posted a three day ship time. Also if they have paid, will I get paid, or will I get paid only after I ship?

Mentor3 years agoNo you cannot do this. If your shipping time is three days, you must ship within that time or get a late shipment defect. If your buyer pays, you ship. If they don't pay, I would cancel after 4 days and give them a strike. You are not a store with layaway.
Never ship without getting paid.
