A couple listings changed to "ships to US only"/can't change it
I've been selling and shipping internationally on Ebay for over a decade. A buyer from Canada contacted me today and asked why I don't ship internationally? Confused, I went to the two items they were looking at and saw that indeed, the items show as only shipping to the US. I went in to revise it and confirmed Canada was not set as a blocked country. None were. What's weird is these are the only two listings impacted. Everything else shows as available to ship worldwide (and yes, they're all in the same category).
Any tips on what I should check next for troubleshooting?

Mentor2 years ago@negative-solutions I took a look at those listings and other similar listings and I am not sure WHAT the keyword is that's triggering the bots but I'd try to cut down on the title and description and see if that helps.
For example this listing has EIS> https://www.ebay.com/itm/283542378261?hash=item4204715715:g:IJcAAOSwEeFVLm~x
Change the title to be shorter with similar words as the linked listing. Edit the description to take out some of the extra descriptions too.
You will have to end the listing and then use SELL SIMILAR then REVISE and relist. No promises it will work but changing wording in titles and descriptions for items that otherwise should be allowed has worked for some sellers.
