A contact Number for eBay
I have responded to the seller several times and not response. I have tried to respond to eBay nothing my item was charged shipped. It is missing. It is not arrived. I ordered it with plenty of time for Halloween and nothing and no one's responding to me. I can't believe there's not a contact number to speak to someone with an eBay. They said they would resolve it by 7 November and still nothing
