A closed case
I just received a case closed notice today that started in November. eBay stated I will not receive a refund; however, I have documentation that the bag arrived in the authenticity department, I’ve inquired about my refund,etc. it has been almost 3 months and I truly believe they misplaced the bag and are now closing the case!!!
This item was returned, I have documentation . I remember receiving one phone call and when I tried to return the call I was greeted with disrespect and got no where.

From what I gather, you purchased a bag that was sent to the Authenticity Center, but was never received by you. Then you stated "This item was returned, I have documentation" Are you saying the bag was returned back to the seller because it did not pass authenticity? If that is the case, you should have been refunded.
Please clarify.
