a charge on my credit card from ebay that does not show on my purchases... how to contact e-bay
hello everyone
I love e-bay but I really wish they had someone I could talk to.... I have about 20 charges on my credit card from ebay..... 19 of them match my purchases... no questions asked there.... if I go to my purchase history everything I've bought is there.... BUT THIS ITEM????
I have looked for the purchase and can't find it on e-bay... only on my credit card bill... how can I look up what I supposedly bought... or do I have to dispute with my credit card and hopefully e-bay will get back to me?? any help thank you... next to each purchase on my credit card is a number I guess that is the auction number.... but how do I search with that.... any help would be appreciated thank you.

Mentor3 years agoeBay can only help with purchases made using your eBay account.
If someone made a purchase using your card number and another eBay account, you need to contact your card issuer to report the card number has been compromised, dispute the charge and get a new card number issued.

Mentor3 years agoIs it possible you made the purchase using guest checkout instead of through your user ID? IF you did, you should see an email from eBay confirming it.
