A buyers item was returned

Question

I had a buyers item returned stating "unable to forward" -- I contacted the buyer . If they give me a new address, who will be responsible to pay for the shipping?

Here's what to do...

When the package arrives back to you, refund for the item price (not including shipping if stated as a separate charge). You can then relist the item for the buyer so he can repurchase it with the correct address. When you contact him, remind him to edit the address at checkout before he completes his payment.
