A buyer who bought several items and then canceled TWICE
How is this allowed? Someone just starts buying your stuff just to cancel a minute later and then order again and cancel again. Blocking isn't working and this customer service is trash. Anyone else dealing with these problems?

It works for me—just be sure to separate blocked names with a comma followed by a space.
