A buyer said the item did not arrive, but my local postal service said it did. The buyer is asking .
The buyer said the package did not arrive. I checked with the local postal service and they said it arrived. So what do I do.

Mentor3 years agoIf the buyer files an Item Not Received case, you upload the tracking number showing the package is DELIVERED. Ebay will find in your favor.
