A buyer received one of the items broken in the package i sold her. Everything else good. How do i p
One item boken upon arrival. The other 5 pieces all were perfectly fine. Everything was individually wrapped and intact when boxed and box was labeled Fragile Handle with Care on each side when delivered to post office. How do I proceed? I definitely want to do right by the buyer
