A buyer posted less than positive feedback & a picture for an item I did not sell her

A buyer posted neutral feedback with a picture of the damage for an item that I did not sell her. She will not respond to my friendly emails to help make it right. I know it is just a neutral & the actual item is printed below her confused feedback but I would still like to try & make it right. Do I have any other avenues or am I stuck with her mistake. Thanks in advance...

You can go to your Seller Hub or Help and Contact and request Feedback removal. Keep it short and to the point.

Such has "Buyer left me Feedback for another Seller's item."

That's really all you need to say. Ebay can read the rest
