Just like with anyone else you know nothing about, how can you know whether a person is trustworthy?
I know I had zero feedback the first time I bought something, and I'm sure you did too. But rather than spend time speculating, do as you agreed to do when you listed your item for sale...ship to your buyer within your stated handling time.
