A buyer is saying that the item is damaged when it’s over 60 years old and wear is shown in photos
I don’t believe he is in the right when you can clearly see in the photos it is broken at wire. Also they are selling for 1000 dollars with a case and wire fixed. Others without case sell for $750-$800 so with light damage I listed at $500 and settled at $300 and am only getting around $240 after fees. I paid way more than that and I also have a no return policy. Am I wrong for not wanting to honor refund?
