A buyer is requesting half of her money returned because she states 2 of her cups are broken

Mentor1 year agoIt is up to you whether to do a partial refund or have everything returned for a refund. Did buyer send you pictures of the damage items and the packaging? You can also send those pictures with a damage claim to the carrier.
