A buyer is only bidder but sent a message: wants to retract it since he already has same item
So it sounds like the guy changed his mind or made his bid then found the same item from someone else and bought that one.
I don't see anything on my end as the seller that helps the guy remove his bid. I told him I think based on what I saw on Google he can probably retract it but it looks like something he has to do on his end.
Also, if someone changes mind but has made a bid, isn't that too bad for the bidder if he ends up winning?
Seller didn't make him bid.
Thoughts on what is the proper protocol on this.
