A buyer is claiming that I sent him an offer that I don't recall making. (?)
A buyer messaged me saying he would like two of my items at the "discounted price" but I do not recall making such an offer. He then purchased two of the items at the regular price and asked for "the discount." I don't know what discount he is talking about and see no offers anywhere in the Ebay record. How do I contact a representative about this? Thanks.
