A Buyer in USA not returning an item even after receiving his payment back
Hello
I would like to know if there is anyway for me to get my high value item back as buyer in USA got his payment back but is not returning my item valued at 4800$. I already sent him a label based on a appeal and within the deadline. Is there any collection agency i can engage in California?

OP1 year agoMy appeal was accepted and i was able to provide a label. If ebay is so strict why they dont help in insuing a label. The amount is not a small one. I tried searching this couple online but they are ghost

After a buyer has been refunded, they are not required to return the item after being refunded.
