A buyer has not returned an item after I refunded the money to them?
A buyer has not returned an item after I refunded the money to them. It's been over 3 weeks. I called ebay and the rep. told me that they would refund me but they did not and the buyer will not respond any longer to me.

Mentor3 weeks agoIn the future, wait for the buyer to return the item BEFORE you issue a refund. Unfortunately there's no way to make them do it now.

Mentor3 weeks agoSorry, but if you wanted you item back, you never refund unless buyer opens a Return Request and returns the item to you first. No you will have to ask the buyer is still willing to return the item or pay for it and if they agree send them your own prepaid return label or invoice through PayPal.
Since buyer is not responding there really isn't anything ebay can do since you voluntarily refunded outside the ebay return system.
