A buyer has missed 4 delivery attempts I informed ebay after the 2nd they won't release my funds what are my options?

A buyer has missed 4 delivery attempts I informed ebay after the 2nd they won't release my funds what are my options?

Mentor2 years agoThe buyer should receive a card from the carrier to fill out letting them know when to redeliver, or sign the card for them to leave the package. Have you sent a message to the buyer that delivery has been attempted 4 times? At some point, the carrier is going to return the package to you. You can then refund item price only, and relist the item.

OP2 years agoThanks, Here is what happens at UPS anyway. They attempt to deliver 3 times my driver went Saturday at noonish which was the 3rd attempt and made a 4th at 9 pm Buyer missed both. I was informed that the package would ship back to me in 5 days at my expense On the first day of limbo I guess he went to the dock and picked it up. I think it took 9 days. Having worked in the freight business for a lot of years. My concern was the air rifle being loaded and unloaded bounced around for that long. That's 4 times on and off a day plus all of the dock travel.
