A buyer has a return request. The photo she included is not my item, but is completly different.
A buyer has a return request. I have no problem with returns, but she took a photo of a completely different item than the one I sent here. She said it was not as described, she said it had piling and a hole in the crotch. Mine did not have either, they are like new pants. Maybe she got me mixed up with a different ebay sale. What do you all suggest?
