A buyer had opened a case on me about an item damaged during transit. How do i appeal or contact eba
The buyer blames me for the damage during shipping. Even going so far as to claim that it happened due to wonton negligence or I purposely wanted it to arrive damaged. This is ludicrous! That's so ignorant to think a seller would purposely do that knowing the buyer could have it returned for a full refund. I offered comparable items and even asked the buyer if there was something else they might want I could provide, short of a full refund. They feigned interest then scoffed at my offers. Now I'm out well over $120 and somehow I'm paying for the return shipping even though my policy is set for the buyer to pay return shipping. I don't see anywhere where I can appeal this or a number to speak to an actual human. I have a 100% seller rating and have been with ebay since 2011. This is how they repay my loyalty and years of good business practices? Help!!

Sellers are responsible. That has nothing to do with guilt.
You have to refund the whole amount including shipping. And send a return label if you want the item returned.
