A buyer gave me my first negative review and it is totally unjustified. have ebay remove review

I sold an item and described it exactly and photographed it exactly. There should have been no question but the buyer did not read the description or look at the photos. He gave me a negative harsh review that would discourage anyone to buy from me. I did contact the buyer and pointed out that his issues were pointed out in the picture and description. I did go through eBay but they said the buyer has not responded for 2 weeks so review will stand.

Can I get negative review judged by eBay (or any 3rd party)

I get in the AI loop and found it impossible to talk to a real person

I suggest you reply to the feedback, pointing out that you did mention no 50Â¢ piece in the description and Item Specifics.

You have a couple of options. You can try contacting eBay through social media (best one is www.facebook.com/eBayForBusiness). Explain that what the buyer is complaining about was noted in the listing (that they complained there were no half dollars when the listing clearly stated that there were no half dollars). You would send them a private message, and they will verify your identity before proceeding.

If that fails, you can write a calm, professional response to the feedback. In that response, youâ€™re not really trying to make things better with this buyer, but to reassure future buyers that youâ€™re a safe seller to deal with. You would need to very professionally point out that although the feedback states there were no half dollars, that it was stated in the listing that there werenâ€™t any.
