A buyer from another state purchased a metal loom but did not pay any postage because pick up only
A buyer from another state purchased a metal loom but did not pay any postage because pick up only was accidently put in the ad. They paid for the item. I would give them free shipping at this point but the item was only $7.99 and the shipping would cost $11.00. How do I put the shipping charge in now? She said she'd be more than happy to pay it but how? Please help.

Mentor2 years agoIf buyer has not paid yet, click on Send Invoice and add a shipping service and cost. Otherwise, either send a PayPal invoice for shipping or cancel the transaction for buyer request and relist with shipping.
