A buyer contacted me by phone
I received a text from a buyer I was wondering how they retrived my phone number . Telling me that the item i sold to them dosent work shouldnt they go through ebay and will ebay disclose my nuber and email to the buyer ?

Mentor8 months agoI can see the buyers phone number in the Order Details, so I assume buyers can see my phone number as well. I only use a land line for ebay, so would not be able to receive any text messages if a buyer tried.
Tell the buyer to go to is/her Purchase history, locate the order, and click to Return this Item. Once you receive the returns request you have 3 days to accept and provide a return shipping label, or you can refund and not require the buyer to return the item.

OP8 months agoThank you its a watch that was in perfect condition as my pictures show before mailing. Now they claim the hand was off my pictures have a date stamp. Let's see where this goes, thank you
