A buyer Claimsa product is not as described.
I had a buyer claim my product was not as described, it seems that they are getting a refund and also getting to keep the product.
The item sold is a pice of Lululemon mens joggers. I described them as black...which they were. Lululemon currently has 11 shades of black on their site. Further Lulu FAQ says that color will vary between product lines, materials, dye lots, and texture.
The buyer submitted pictures of my product and a different type of product and of course, they are not the same black, but most reasonable people would say immediately that they are both black. The buyer says my product is Obsidian, that could be true, but as much of what I buy is second hand, determining the actual color is nearly impossible, again because Obsidian would be different on different products and yet Obsidian is still in the Black hue range of colors.
How do I get my product back. I have no problem if the customer is unhappy with the color, but you don't get to keep my product and get a refund.
It seems this was closed without any input from me.
What are my next steps to resolution.
