A buyer bought an item just so they could leave me a negative feedback
Has anyone ever had a seller buy something from you just so they can leave you a negative feedback because they want to manipulate you into removing then I get feedback you left them? How do you deal with something like this? I need to take the negative feedback off because she never actually even received the item. She just bought something she’s from Thailand she Chose local pick up which is impossible so I had to cancel the sale and then she left me a very false and lying negative comment or feedback so how do I get this feedback removed and she will not revise it. She’s a psychopath. What do I do?

What reason did you use to cancel the order? You may be able to request he negative feedback be removed.
We remove neutral/negative feedback when we can see that:

You may also be able to report the buyer using one of the options here
