A bogus return buyer says it doesn't work and defective. Its a gold and sterling silver ring with
Buyer stated the ring is defective and doesn't work. It's a ring not a watch. He also stated it doesn't match with his other jewelry. I accepted the return without even looking at his reasoning. The ring is stated as was sold. The ring us gold and sterling silver with 1 carat diamond. He lied about the return and this will go against my seller performance. Please help me with this. Thank you.

Since the buyer chose the reason "doesn't work or defective" you are required to approve the return request, provide a prepaid return shipping label and then refund in full when you receive the returned item.
