A bidder retract their bid on my auction

Question

I had a bidder place the openning bid for a coin I'm selling. He placed the openning bid a few days ago and the auction ends Monday. He retracted the bid giving the reason of "entered wrong amount". I believe he's lying because there are several similar coins going for less. I can't report this. I've tried all methods to report him, but nothing works. Help?

When a buyer retracts his bid with "entered wrong amount" he is suppose to rebid the correct amount immediately. If he did not, you can report the buyer, but I don't think ebay will do anything about it.
