A bad review
I got my first negative feedback today. eBay sided with the buyer. I took great photos and described the item. The buyer said they weren’t as described. But they are. The buyer said they didn’t fit like the other shoes they got on Amazon. I asked eBay to take off the bad review but they said the buyer found an issue that wasn’t in my description. I looked over it multiple times I don’t see anything that’s not accurately described. I’m frustrated. I offered to give the buyer a refund if I get the item back. They haven’t shipped it back yet.

Mentor11 months agoI do not see any negative feedback left for you on this account. If these were the Converse shoes all you indicated was that the toe box was narrow. This opens you up for an "Item not as described" case since the buyer will have no way of knowing if they will fit them correctly or not. This can be a problem when selling clothing or shoes.
