a bad return

Question

I don't understand how this person can return something because they just "changed their mind". I'm pretty sure i checked the box that said "no returns". Can you explain this to me?

When a seller has a No Returns policy, that is only for buyer's remorse: changed mind, doesn't like it, doesn't fit, found it cheaper elsewhere. If any of those reasons is given by the buyer wanting to return the item, the seller can decline the return. However, if the buyer states Item Not Received or Item Not as Described/Damaged, then ebay's Money Back Guarantee trumps your no return policy, and you will be responsible for accepting the return and refunding the buyer when you get the item back (or you can give a full refund and NOT require return of the item). If you refuse, ebay can refund the buyer from your funds and not require the buyer to return the item. You don't get the FVF credited, and a defect is recorded on your account for an unresolved transaction.

So decline the return since the buyer stated "Changed mind."
