They said I can’t sell anything until they ask a few questions but never gave me a way to contact them other then the ai response and even when I do email them they don’t respond

First, make sure the registered name on ebay matches exactly to the name on your checking account. You can make any changes here:
My ebay > Summary > Account > Personal information
Make sure you supply a physical street address. You can change to your P.O. box later.
