My order number 13-14485-82015
with USPS tracking: 9400108106244019196414
Until now, I haven't received it, even though I entered my shipping address correctly. So I want to refund it.

The USPS is showing that tracking number as being returned to the Seller due to an incomplete address. The post office tried to deliver it on Thursday, April 16.
Have you contacted the Seller? Usually, the Seller needs to wait until the package is returned to them. At that point, they should refund you, minus any original shipping you paid.
If you still want the item, you will need to work it out with the Seller to have them resend it. You will need to pay for shipping again.
