90 total is waaaaaay off compaire to total funds.
What is the actual reason 90 total exist? I have sold 3 items in less then a month. Yet the price is so diffrent. The 90 total says over 730$, but the total funds says less then 480$. Why so? What happened to the 300$ish ? Does that mean am loosing so much money using ebay?

The 90 day total includes shipping and taxes paid by the buyer. Fees are not deducted.
I agree the number is rather meaningless - they never changed the calculation when they started collecting the tax, or when they started processing the payments with the fees deducted.
