#82868899534 - Harassing/Threatening Phone Call

Question

I can't find anywhere how to report this. Several (15 Years Plus) have passed since this person made a false claim against me and he called me about two years ago. I threatened to go to the FBI and he instantly deleted his account. Today, I received a death threat from a number in Grand Rapids, MI (616) 287-3579 and I'm wondering if it was this guy. The address to the phone number is registered to is 852 Gildings Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49506.
