$800 Package not received and signature not obtained by USPS
The USPS recorded a package sent to me (the buyer) as handed to an "individual" but not signed for. The seller requested a signature.
I have filed a missing package notification with the USPS, but have not received a response.
I visited the related post office and the package has not been returned to them.
Question: Since the package was not signed for and was not delivered to me, and I entitled to an eBay warranty?
